Professional Circles
These are circles aimed addressing work impact by various professional like doctors and nurses, police officers, lawyers, teachers and lectures, bankers and government officials.
The is a solution for soft issues that professionals (Police, Healthcare (Doctors, Nurses and others), Teachers, Lawyers, Bankers and Cooperate Officials) experiences and a system that assist them to cope with emotional and mental challenges resulting from home and work pressure which in some instances reduces productivity both at work and home.
We create safe space for professionals to open up about all soft issues that are confronted with and are not talking about them to anyone in their families and with friends. The circles model also provide healing to people who are part of these circles.
All circles are customized according to a sector that they are created for so as to also to speak to relevant issues related that sector. The facilitators and other professionals who are in some cases will psychologist and other professionals like life coaches are aligned to be correlated to the concerned sector.
Purpose
Healing traumas, emotional and mental health challenges encountered by professionals to achieve better productivity and for better life.
What is a circle
A circle is a safe space created by people to open up about what is affecting them emotionally, mentally and spiritually in cases where circles are ready to engage in such areas.
The professional circles are created to enable employees and professionals to do a 360 check-in at least three times a day when they impacted by stress and pressure from work.
These 360 checks look at what happening in emotional, physically, mentality and spiritually as people in the circle my choose.
Why a circle
These circles are created to assist professionals to deal with work pressure, stress and anxiety. We have realized that most people do not know how to speak their truth and others can but don’t have safe spaces where they can talk about what is bothering them and how they impacted by events in their lives.
Circles are created to provide healing to the professional that may have experienced trauma, stress, anxieties from home and work in order for them to be more productive at home.
In some cases, circles can be used for conflict resolutions at work thereby creating healthy work environment improving productivity and customer service for clients as employees are taught how to cope with stress.
How are these circles created?
Circles are led by trained facilitators and psychologist in some instances where therapy is required by circle participants.
Each circle participant is required to sign a confidentiality agreement for all the information shared in the circle by other people in the circle to not be shared outside of the circle.
Members of the circle makes rules and code of conduct for each circle
We have cross company circles for professionals that maybe be uncomfortable speaking their truth to their colleagues which they work with and in this case the circle facilitates opening up, healing and equipping people with coping tools.
Who conducts and run circles
All circles are led by trained personnel from 1000circles and psychologist that have been trained by 1000circles on how to run these circles and equipping participants with coping skills.
We have psychologist who are there so support the healing process of professionals who maybe need therapy as a result of being part these circles.
Each circle will have not more than 10 people on one sitting
No circles will run without our professional holding space for the members of the circle for every sitting
Where do we run these circles?
The circles are run at client’s premises and our office. In some cases, they are hosted at neutral venues chosen by clients.
We also have online solution for professionals that may want to connect online instead of face to face
We also have dedicated venues we use for outdoor circles experiences
Which used methods?
We are using circles method to assist professionals to open up and later followed by one on ones with a life coach, psychologist face to face or online.
When required professionals will be offered process work on them to deal some of their childhood traumas and difficulties in their lives
The idea behind this to equip professionals on how to cope on their own when they are not in the circles
Timing/ When are they running?
We have ad-hoc circles provided if and when they are needed by organizations need assessment and these are special circles that will have a clear focused objective by management.
We have ones a day circle, two times a day, three times a day circle
The smaller the circle the shorter the running time
