Strategic partnership
We have forged a strategic partnership with Network Space, a company that rents out shared office space. The partnership is aimed at 1000circles supporting business owners with all their soft issues in all their branches across Joburg including Fourways, Sandton, Hyde Park, Pretoria, Midrand and Rosebank just to mention a few.
Inaugural youth 1000Circle
We launched a 1000Circles for youth in the Dainfern community in April 2022. The 3 month programme is geared towards providing young people with a safe space where they can talk about various problems confronting them. It also involves connecting young people with their authentic selves and understanding who they are. It has now been extended to September 2022.
Private clients
We have been delivering coaching and mentoring interventions to individuals since the launch of the company and we continue to do so.

Although we currently have strong personalised relationships with our customers and a loyal customer base we want to build a strong brand. With adequate capital and human resources,1000 Circles will perform at its optimum.
OUTLOOK
1000 Circles has numerous opportunities for growth and expansion to build a competitive advantage and increase its sales. It will use emerging technologies to develop applications to expand its core operations and venture into new market segments.
TEAM
Although there are gaps in the team, current members are driven by goals that give it a common purpose. Defined roles make sure that each member has the opportunity and obligation to contribute. Interpersonal relationships are the glue that create trust, collaboration and connection. In addition, established rules govern behaviour, expectation and the consequences when standards are not met. This ensures where every team member stands and what is expected.

1000circles' commitment to broad-based black economic empowerment is motivated by the desire to support a sustainable black business sector.

Although 1000circles is currently an EME in terms of its contribution level status when it comes to complying with Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) codes of good practices it is committed to continuously redress inequality, boost economic growth and create a better life for all.

1000circles contributes towards the acceleration of the participation of black people in the economy by participating in the following key areas of its business: ownership, management and control, employment equity, preferential procurement and enterprise development.
This organisation was founded by Bongile Mkhumbeni after his long journey as life, business coach, business consultant and an entrepreneur. Others Involved are David Collins, Bonakele Mkhumbeni and Guy Ngosi
This is an initiative aimed at healing the nation through creation of safe space for people to be vulnerable and communicate openly, honestly and authentically about their feelings regarding underlaying issues and problems in their lives.
Our goal is to create open circles where people can engage on how they feel about various issues in their lives, family, friendship, relationships, businesses and marriages without judgement.
The aim of the circles is to make participants understand how they are impacted by issues experienced in their lives and also how they impact other people too. These circles are permanent features in our communities and organisations to resolve different soft issues and re-engineering how people, communities and organisations deal with problems.
These circles are the first step in healing thereafter people are introduced to different processes of healing in order to understand and how work with parts of themselves that is hiden, suppressed and denied which are rooted in their wounds and shadows. The processes thereby also assist men, women, businesses owners, entrepreneurs and leaders to individuate and operate from the position of full awareness of self in fullfilling thier life mission and goals.For more info about what we do please visit our Services
