Sixteen-week Men’s initiation Circles (MIC)

Month one

1. Outlining the Journey. Building rapport. Explaining the rules of engagement. Getting to know each other through ice-breaker
2. Introduction to Men’s Work. Reflections.
3. Step one – Fixing it with your father. Reflections.
4. More on the father wound and childhood stories.

Month two

5. Step two – Finding sacredness in your sexuality. Reflections.
6. More on our sexual identities as men.
7. Step three – Meeting our partners on equal terms. Reflections.
8. Step four – Engaging actively with your kids. Reflections.

Month three

9. Step five – Having real male friends. Reflections.
10. Step six – Finding your heart in your work. Reflections.
11. Step seven – Freeing your wild spirit. Reflections.
12. Celebration and summary of the journey.

STEP 3

SHADOW WORK – R700, R 900

This stage looks deep into men wounds and guides men in working with their wounded selves in order to achieve their life mission and goals like in stage 2, businesses and general leadership.

STEP 4

CROSS OVER WORK

This is a deep processing stage that assist men to overcome obstacles and challenges in their way to achieve their goals in all the 7seven areas mentioned in stage 2.

STEP 5

COACHING

• This stage is a one-on-one session with coach

• This is a continuous process guiding men in achieving in all the 7 steps mentioned in stage 2.
