1000Circles™ (1KCircles) provides safe and confidential spaces, expert emotional therapeutic interventions and support, facilitate peer fellowship circles, and host networking session for leaders of change (entrepreneurs and business owners) struggling with emotional and mental health challenges.

Emotional recuperation centre

We are a first of a kind emotional recuperation centre for entrepreneurs and business owners that has been serving the Dainfern Youth Community, Network Space and individuals in Gauteng and the Free State for the past 2 years.

1000Circles's leaders have the power associated with being part of a management team, enabling them to plan, direct, and control the activities of the organisation. We have leaders who are agile and resilient, who respond quickly to change and stay the course even when adversity is repeated because global focus, digital necessity, and social-political shifts are commonplace in today's world. This is crucial in a constantly changing business environment. These include the following leaders:

Mr Bongile Mkhumbeni

Bongile Mkhumbeni is an entrepreneur, life, executive and business coach. He has done Association of Charted Certified Accounting (ACCA) qualification, and holds a diploma in Taxation and Accounting from Rand Afrikaans University. He is currently coaching different professionals, business owner and executives on life and general success in a purpose drive life.

Business of life is one of the programs Mr, Mkhumbeni has designed which teaches people how to manage their lives like businesses. He provided this programs to high schools and business owners country wide.

He has 20 years experience in training, consulting and mentoring entrepreneurs. He has developed many business ventures including Mahapu Dreadlocks, Mahapu Entertainment, Mahapu Transport, Mahapu trading and Mahapu foods just to mention few.

He has been doing business commentary on different radio stations and has also been part of Rise Mzansi business show which was on SABC1.

Mr David Collins

David is B1KC’s executive recovery coach. He specialises in professional business coaching facilitation and training. David is a certified Co-Active Coach (Coaches Training Institute, USA), an internationally accredited Master Coach (IMCSA – Institute of Management Consulting & Master Coaches South Africa).
He also holds a certificate in Drugs, Drug use, drug policy & health from the University of Geneva and is a member of the International Coaching Register and was the National Director of the Mankind Project in South Africa.
He is a specialist coach , facilitator and consultant with an extensive background in the financial sector. He sits on the panel of external coaches for a number of banks and has worked in South Africa, UK, Botswana, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Australia and New Zealand.
David gained over 20 years experience in the corporate world, working for the likes of JP Morgan Chase, Fleming Martin, IBM, Accenture, Old Mutual and Daiwa Securities.

Mr Guy Ngosi

Guy Ngosi is an experienced business accountant, tax practitioner, financial manager, strategist, entrepreneur and a business start-up enthusiast with a passion for building businesses and challenging the status quo.
Experienced in business and project management and corporate governance working in various industry sectors, he comes with over 26 years track-record of defining new and turnaround business strategies, launching new ventures, and delivering operational impact, both as a co-founder and management consultant.
He also has over 6 years of market and marketing research experience. He has an exceptional ability to analyse and evaluate information, apply concepts and principles flexibly in a variety of circumstances, identify, define and rank problems, interpret results and criticise proposed solutions or practices.

Mr Brian Blem

Brian is our counselling psychologist. He has works as an independent practitioner, managed a therapy centre and has been part of a multidisciplinary team of independent practitioners over the past 36 years.
He holds a BA Hons in business studies from Portsmouth Polytechnic (England), a BA Honours Psychology from University of Johannesburg and an MA Counselling Psychology from University of Pretoria.
In addition, he obtained counselling 1, 2 and 3 non degree purpose qualifications from UNISA. Brian is skilled in communication, mediation, counselling, public speaking, teaching, facilitating, leadership and marketing.
He is passionate about helping people realise their natural potential by overcoming unhelpful conditions.
Through collaboration and education he is able to equip people with practical skills to gain greater control and freedom at a physical, emotional. Mental and spiritual level.

This organisation was founded by Bongile Mkhumbeni after his long journey as life, business coach, business consultant and an entrepreneur. Others Involved are David Collins, Bonakele Mkhumbeni and Guy Ngosi

This is an initiative aimed at healing the nation through creation of safe space for people to be vulnerable and communicate openly, honestly and authentically about their feelings regarding underlaying issues and problems in their lives.

Our goal is to create open circles where people can engage on how they feel about various issues in their lives, family, friendship, relationships, businesses and marriages without judgement.

The aim of the circles is to make participants understand how they are impacted by issues experienced in their lives and also how they impact other people too. These circles are permanent features in our communities and organisations to resolve different soft issues and re-engineering how people, communities and organisations deal with problems.

These circles are the first step in healing thereafter people are introduced to different processes of healing in order to understand and how work with parts of themselves that is hiden, suppressed and denied which are rooted in their wounds and shadows. The processes thereby also assist men, women, businesses owners, entrepreneurs and leaders to individuate and operate from the position of full awareness of self in fullfilling thier life mission and goals.
